Home » New ICP-MS

We’ve just completed the installation of the new Agilent 7850 ICP-MS. New regulation means that there is a continued focus on trace metals across industries. The new Agilent 7850 ICP-MS is able to detect metals at a much lower level than OES. Here at Oxford Analytical, we are committed to continuously making improvements to our services and offering new equipment as a result of this.

Regulations for trace metals now require specification. Some toxic species of these elements are Inorganic Arsenic and Hexavalent Chromium. However, the total Arsenic or Chromium does not define the level of toxicity. New regulation changes can get confusing; here at Oxford Analytical, we can support you through regulation changes.
